Of course, the Sentinel in downtown Portland is not a golf hotel either, but because we liked it there, like in Portland in general, I'm happy to include it here. I also associate the house with a small connection to golf. On the way we have previously stopped at Bandon Dunes. But because the green fee was too high for me, I didn't play there. Sometimes it still wakes me up at night because of it. Room prices for this 1909 hotel icon should start at around $200. Cheaper than a round of golf at Bandon Dunes. (Photo © Sentinel)
