Burnside Cottage is a well-decorated self-catering facility that sleeps up to 10 people. Situated within walking distance to Royal Dornoch, we stayed there a couple of times and enjoyed it every time. The bigger of the two kitchens is well equipped and we liked especially the wood-burning fire in the main living room. Rates start at £800 per week and go up to over £1,200 in the high season.
