The Clarence Hotel in Dublin's nightlife district Temple Bar is famous because it is owned by Bono and The Edge from rockband U2. The hotel's restaurant and bar are both really excellent and if you start or end your golf trip to Ireland here, you certainly won't make a mistake. A little tip: We had a room with a view of the Liffey on one of the upper floors. Both are definitely recommended, as the area is not exactly quiet. Anything else? Yes!
